To ensure the best experience and maintain the quality of my work, the following policies are essential:
Appointment Reservation
Your session is confirmed upon payment of a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, as the time is exclusively reserved for you and preparation is required in advance. However, with at least 48 hours’ notice, we can reschedule your appointment to a new date.
Refills
The refill price applies to appointments scheduled within 20 days, provided that you return with at least 50% of your lashes. Otherwise, an evaluation will be made and the price may be adjusted, and in some cases a new full set may be required. After 20 days, an additional fee of $10 every 5 days will be charged, or a new evaluation will determine whether a full application is necessary.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $20 fee will be charged, and your next appointment can only be confirmed once this fee has been paid.
Late Arrivals
A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed. After this time, the appointment may be canceled in order to respect the schedule and other clients.
